We are learning to continue a sequential pattern. We designed new houses for the three little pigs. Each house was the same, with - 5 windows, 2 doors, 1 chimney and 10 curtains. We then looked at the sequential number patterns. For example with the windows, one house would have 5 windows, but how many would 2 houses have? Or 3 houses? Or more? With each additional house, we needed to 'add 5 more'. We made graphs to look at the patterns.
